Also, why should the People enforce any laws whatsoever? Weren’t those laws created by the enemy rebel government anyway? How is it possible to break the law, as the colonists did, yet simultaneously enforce the law, as you seem to suggest? Am I misunderstanding something here?

Regarding your three hard questions, my answers to them are: 1) Yes, we have the inherent right to protect ourselves, 2) Maybe, since it begs the question with regards to targeting, and 3) Yes, because this is a basic principle of targeting; only harm the bad guys and spare the innocents. What I would like to see is another article that focuses more on specific targeting of the illegals scampering across the border, because I have a hunch that they can’t all be bad, since it would be reasonable to assume that only some of them would be, like the drug cartels.
